These Terms govern your access to and use of the Grahakly Service, operated by Stepway Online Fintech India Pvt Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Grahakly provides software to send and receive messages via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, plus inbox, broadcasts, templates and related features. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms.

2. Accounts

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

3. Acceptable use

• Comply with laws and WhatsApp/Meta policies.
• No spam or unsolicited messages without opt-in.
• No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use.
• You are responsible for your message content and recipient consent.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed per the Pricing page. WhatsApp charges are set by Meta and passed through at cost.

5. Refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; it depends on third parties including Meta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or losses from delivery failures or Meta restrictions.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kukanwali, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
